Kyoto confectionary shop KAMEYA YOSHINAGA has been making KYO-GASHI (traditional Japanese confectionery of Kyoto) since 1803.

The founder of this confectionary chose this location for premium water that came out of the shopfront. It is a long-established confectionary shop that has been making KYO-GASHI using this special water as one of its ingredients for about 220 years.

You can enjoy a KYO-GASHI hands-on workshop at this venerable confectionary.
