BAKED CHOCOLATE
Baked Chocolate is sold by the long-established tea shop TSUJIRI in Uji, Kyoto.
Uji is a production center of high quality tea, blessed with a good amount of precipitation and fog due to the temperature difference between day and night. Tsujiri was born in this land.
Baked Chocolate has two types of flavor: The Matcha Milk flavor and The Hojicha Brown Sugar flavor.
The Matcha Milk flavor is a baked chocolate that offers a rich matcha flavor and milky sweetness with the use of luxurious Uji matcha. The Hojicha Brown Sugar flavor is a baked chocolate with a bittersweet and elegant taste that perfectly matches the aroma of hojicha and the sweetness of brown sugar.
Baked chocolates are uncommon, but the combination of rich chocolate and crunchy texture offers a new delicious taste.
They are available only in Kyoto and are reasonably priced, making them the perfect souvenir of Kyoto.
