Cute Boxes of KUZUYU

Furoisen was invented by the founder of this Kyoto confectionary, NIJO-WAKASAYA. It has been popular since then for about 100 years.
The kuzuyu powder is contained in a small cute box. Pour kuzuyu powder into a teacup or boal, add about 120 cc of boiling water, stir well and enjoy.
The taste and box design have not changed since it was first sold, and there are three different types of kuzuyu. Hana, with a cherry blossom design, is Shiruko; Tsuki, with a cute rabbit pounding rice cakes, is Matcha; and Yuki, with a winter scene of pine trees, is a simple Kuzuyu.
