KANSHUNDO is a long-established KYO-GASHI (traditional Japanese confectionery of Kyoto) shop founded in the Edo period.

KYO-GASHI hands-on workshop is held at East Shop of this shop.

It's approximately a 20-minute walk to Kiyomizu-dera, so please feel free to stop by during your visit to Kiyomizu-dera.

Sweets hands-on workshop is also available at the KANSHUNDO Sagano Shop. It's convenient if you're heading to Arashiyama, so feel free to check it out when you visit.
