From Ground Level:

Kyoto Tower Sand is located on the lower floors of Kyoto Tower. So it is very easy to find it.

1. Exit Kyoto Station: Leave Kyoto Station through the Central Exit. Once you exit, you will see Kyoto Tower directly in front of you.

2. Cross the Street: Walk across the street towards Kyoto Tower.

From Underground Level:

You can reach KYOTO TOWER SAND without having to go outside, providing a convenient and direct connection from Kyoto Station.

1. Kyoto Station Underground Concourse: Head to the underground concourse of Kyoto Station.

SHICHIJO KANSHUNDO has been making KYO-GASHI (Traditional Japanese Confectionery of Kyoto) since 1865.

You will learn how to make four main confections while being guided by a craftsman. The main shop is located near Sanjusangendo, and workshops can also be experienced at the main shop.

MARKET

At the market on the first floor, you can buy Kyoto souvenirs. All of them are excellent products that we can confidently recommend to overseas tourists.

KYO-RAYU FURIKAKE is a sprinkle rice seasoning produced and sold by the long-established company Ocha-no-ko SAISAI in Kyoto. It is made by mixing roasted sesame seeds with Kyo-rayu, a sauce made by simmering sesame oil, chili peppers, and garlic, and adding chopped negi onions.
